Weald District Fun Day 2014

Today we held a free event for all of our members and their families at Lordship woods in Goudhurst and it was a great success.
Our young people were able to participate in a variety of activities such as archery, bug hunting, china smash, agility course, parachute games, assault course, pioneering, several different crafts, backwoods cooking, and we even got to put our County Commissioner Harvey Kennett in the stocks for a soaking!
All in all it was a great day for everyone and gave the new district team an opportunity to evaluate the needs of the district and its young people.
